Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and comply with laws that apply to you. We may request information needed to confirm identity, age, eligibility, or authority.
Access applications
An application is a request for access. It is not a promise of approval, an account, or service availability. We may approve, decline, pause, or request more information at our discretion. Do not submit information for another person without permission.
Account responsibilities
If approved, you are responsible for your credentials and activity. Do not share access, impersonate another person, evade restrictions, scrape the service, interfere with security, or use automated systems without written permission. Notify us through the Help Center if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content and conduct
You may not upload, request, promote, or distribute illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, trafficking, threats, fraud, doxxing, malware, or material that violates another person's rights. See our Safety Standards for more detail.
Creators retain rights in content they own. Users receive only the limited access provided by the service. Copying, redistributing, recording, or reselling creator content without permission is prohibited.
Subscriptions and paid features
Paid features may be introduced separately. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation rights, and refund rules will be shown before a charge is made. A profile price or locked preview does not create a charge by itself.
Enforcement and termination
We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, preserve evidence, or report activity when needed to enforce these terms, protect people, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Fantassee changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the Help Center.
